About us

The UK subsidiary of the Group was incorporated in Scotland on Oct 24 2018 with a registered company address at Dundee Waterfront.

The creation of this subsidiary marks a unique circumstance of a major Chinese state-owned company investing in Scotland creating a Scottish based subsidiary.

This investment in Scotland is allied expressly to new corporate international investment by the COES International Group in new state of the art offshore construction engineering, heavy lift, deep sea dive, pipelay and subsea engineering new marine and offshore renewables vessels totalling very close to $1 Billion USD over the course of the coming years.
